Auction Haus
For bidders

How bidding works.

Auction Haus runs its auctions online. You register, bid, pay, and pick the item up in St. Clements.

Four steps

From registering to loading it in the truck

  1. 01

    Register to bid

Registration happens on the auction site where the lots are listed.

  2. 02

    Place your bid

Bidding stays open for the length of the auction. Each lot has photos and a written condition, and you can text us about any of them while the auction is still running.

  3. 03

    Pay for what you win

When the auction closes you pay for the lots you won, plus the buyer's premium. The full terms for each auction are shown to you before you bid.

  4. 04

    Pick it up

Collect your items in person at 1035 Industrial Crescent, St. Clements, Ontario, once the auction has closed and been paid.

Sold as-is

Everything sells as-is, and the sale is final

Auction Haus lists surplus, returned, and discontinued retail stock, alongside household goods, tools, and workshop contents from private sellers. Plenty of it is untouched. Some has been opened, marked, or is short a part, and the listing says which.

Every listing shows the item itself and says what condition it is in. Sales are final, and bidders agree to that before they place a bid.

If something in a listing is unclear, text us while the auction is still running.
